For high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, and diplomats, security is a necessity. However, visible security—uniformed guards, marked vehicles, aggressive posturing—can draw unwanted attention and disrupt the very lifestyle you seek to protect.
At Romanos Group, we champion the art of discrete close protection. We provide a shield that is felt but not seen, allowing you to move freely and comfortably while maintaining the highest level of safety.
What is Discrete Protection?
Unlike traditional security which relies on a show of force, discrete protection relies on intelligence, planning, and subtlety.
1. Blending In (The “Grey Man” Concept)
Our officers are masters of adaptation. Whether you are attending a black-tie gala, dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant, or relaxing on a yacht, our team dresses and behaves in a way that matches the environment. To the outside observer, they appear as assistants, friends, or business associates.
2. Counter-Surveillance
The best way to stop a threat is to identify it before it approaches. Our teams employ counter-surveillance techniques to detect if you are being followed or observed. By identifying hostile surveillance early, we can alter routes or schedules to avoid confrontation entirely.
3. Facilitation, Not Obstruction
Our goal is to enable your lifestyle. Instead of saying “no” to your plans due to security concerns, we find a way to make them happen safely. We secure the venue in advance, vet the staff, and plan the exit routes, so you can focus on your evening.
Who Needs Discrete Protection?
- Celebrities: Enjoying a vacation without being mobbed by fans or paparazzi.
- Executives: Conducting sensitive business meetings where overt security would signal vulnerability or high stakes.
- Families: protecting loved ones without alarming children or disrupting family dynamics.
Confidentiality is Key
Ideally, no one should know we were ever there. We operate with strict confidentiality agreements and vetted personnel who understand that your privacy is as important as your physical safety.
Experience true freedom. With Romanos Group’s discrete protection services, you can enjoy everything Greece has to offer, secure in the knowledge that we are watching over you.
