The Challenge
In a luxury hotel complex, which was in a period of maximum occupancy, the unexpected activation of the central alarm due to a technical failure created an immediate risk of disruption. The main challenge was the safe and immediate evacuation of hundreds of residents and staff, preventing panic and protecting the image of the facility.
Our Action
The Romanos Group security team mobilized immediately, putting into full implementation the strict evacuation plan of the hotel. With excellent coordination, clear communication and absolute professionalism, our staff guided guests to the predetermined, safe assembly points. At the same time, a rapid and methodical check was carried out in all areas of the complex to ensure that no one remained inside the building.
The Result
The evacuation process was carried out in a perfectly organized, exemplary manner and in record time. Not a single injury was reported, nor were any panic symptoms recorded. Once the technical nature of the alarm was confirmed and the end signal was given, the hotel’s operation was restored immediately and extremely smoothly, maintaining the guests’ sense of security and trust intact.
