At the end of a concert of 7,000+ Spectators, during the audience departure phase, a sudden lighting failure occurred in a stand of approximately 1,000 spectators, at the main point of descent towards the exits.

The situation was immediately considered high-risk, as there was a serious possibility of falls, injuries or mass panic.

The Romanos Group team reacted within seconds. Security guards gathered at the specific stand and, using high-intensity personal flashlights, created a lit and safe descent corridor.

With guidance, calm instructions and physical presence at critical points, the spectators descended in an organized and safe manner, until they reached the stadium exits.

Thanks to the immediate mobilization and training of personnel, no injuries occurred, and the withdrawal was completed smoothly.
